January 3, 2017 – Turner Law, P.C. welcomes the addition of Michael I. Davidson. Mr. Davidson brings nearly 20 years of experience and service to states, cities, banking institutions, developers, non-profit corporations and community advocacy groups. With significant experience in real estate, tax credit and municipal finance, Mr. Davidson’s presence increases Turner Law, P.C.’s ability and commitment to provide excellent service to our clients in any public or private financial transaction.
Turner Law, P.C. regularly assists issuers and underwriters in determining their disclosure and continuing disclosure obligations, in the preparation of their initial offering documents, and in conducting continuing disclosure audits. Our attorneys also have experience conducting tax diligence to determine the eligibility of projects for tax exempt financing under the Internal Revenue Code as well as counseling in the structuring of the use of proceeds for such projects in order to maintain their tax exempt status. We have experience acting as counsel in any capacity in real estate and housing finance. We work as sole counsel as well as co-counsel with other law firms in many of our engagements.
